We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Retail division at our Niles, Illinois Inlet location. The person in this position is responsible for energizing ourbusiness, putting a "face" to the Lands' End name and strivingto exceed our customer's expectations. Management responsibilities include supporting the store in the day-to-day planning, coordinating, control and overall direction. Other responsibilities includefloor supervision and assisting in the training and performancedevelopment of all staff members.
