Description:Associate Center Manager Join Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions as the Associate Center Manager for the College Park Center!The detail-oriented individual selected for this position will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day Kaplan center operations. As an energetic Kaplan representative, this person will advise students, conduct presentations and provide exceptional customer service to prospective and enrolled students.Responsibilities: Assist in the hiring, training and supervision of center staff and teachers. Deliver enthusiastic hands-on service to our students. Assist in development and implementation of local marketing and promotional programs. Conduct presentations to prospective and enrolled students. Assist with administrative and basic accounting tasks Supervise center operations in Manager's absence.
