What You Do: Individuals will conduct internal audits of varying complexity and scope based on their level of expertise on all operations of the corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates. Perform financial, Sarbanes-Oxley and operational audits with the assistance of senior auditors and management. Assist in preparing meaningful audit comments and providing action recommendations to management based on results. Work with audit team to evaluate company internal control environment and assess the design and adequacy of key systems and processes. Assist in preparing clear and well-organized audit work papers documenting each step in the audit program. Engage in transaction compliance testing to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls. Interact with all levels of management and company employees.



What's Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience demonstrating career progression Public Accounting experience is a plus, as well as Retail industry experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of employees Strong technical skills in MS Word and Excel; working knowledge of Oracle and SAP is desirable
