Associate Merchant, Mens Accessories

Collaborates with Merchandiser to execute Accessories through cross-functional partnerships. Develops line plan and in season profit for Accessories that supports the brand objectives and delivers sales and profit targets Gathers customer and competitive information that drives the strategic view of the line (SVL).
Essential Tasks
1. Maintains daily operations of the Accessories area
2. Accountable for the Accessories category with Merchandiser support
3. Supports the Merchandiser on the strategic view of the line (SVL)
4. Intense involvement in competitive patterning hypotheses, analytics and qualitative findings
5. Maintains line plan of product specific category and merchant area under direction of Merchandiser

Maintains all merchant reports/recaps; Coordinates floorset/group sheets; Defines styles through system, initiate flow sheets
Achieves or exceeds financial plans, seasonally and annually - Sales and Profit results
Assists in synthesis of data points around customer intimacy, competitive patterning and fashion radar
Ongoing documentation of competitive findings
Works with cross-functional team to assess and monitor all financial elements of the line plan with guidance of the Merchandiser.
