Position Description:

We are currently recruiting for Second Assistant Managers for stores in the West Valley, Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale areas of Metro Phoenix. We are looking for highly motivated candidates ready to step into the Second Assistant Manager position. Job Duties:• Leader/coach for store employees; responsible for making sure employees provide friendly and efficient superior customer service• Store closing duties, including supervision of all perishable departments• Merchandising store, following weekly ad plan. Stock shelves and build displaysMinimum Qualifications:• Recent supervisory experience, retail preferred• Combination of post high school education and retail experience adding up to 2 years or additional management experience• Must be able to work flexible hours in a fast paced environment (am/pm shifts, holidays, late nights, 10 - 12 hour shifts)• Able to work independently• High degree of initiative and dependability• Able to coach and motivate employees
