Our Babies R Us division is currently seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager. In this position, you will work with Store Directors and District Managers to ensure that all stores are effectively selecting and hiring all hourly skilled and unskilled positions. Assess, develop and implement effective methods of communication to all associates pertaining to policies, procedures and company benefits. Assist Management and associates in meeting their personal needs, in adapting to change, and improving associate commitment. Recruit, train and ensure continued development of managers. Develop and implement associate training programs. Monitor Human Resources administrative functions - Workers Compensation, associate evaluations, payroll, Disability, FMLA, medical and other benefits. Partner with Operations Management in developing programs to increase and maintain associate productivity. Monitor associate morale and potential associate relations issues. Prepare and manage HR operating budgets. Up to 50% travel is required.Qualified candidates will have a 4-year college degree, 2-4 years Human Resources experience in a retail environment. Train the Trainer Certification a plus.
