To ensure we keep our edge into the next millennium, we're constantly integrating new ideas and technologies, redesigning and expanding our stores and introducing new ventures - like toysrus.com- the premier on-line retailer for toys and children's products The Back of House Associate is a Full Time position responsible for the following: ·  Pull product to support morning, mid-day or overnight replenishment. ·  Daily maintenance of the Ready to Ride program including coordinating product assembly and storage. ·  Ensure that the parts request program is maintained and up-to-date. ·  Achieve cleanliness standards per the Standards of Excellence. ·  Work to ensure all big-ticket pick-ups are handled quickly, accurately and with the highest possible level of service. ·  Maintaining all overstock and perimeter storage on the sales floor. ·  Maintain all safety and loss prevention standards in the storerooms. Since maintaining a productive, efficient and clean Back Of House plays an integral role in the success of the store the BOH store associate will be responsible for the proper execution of all storeroom standards along with ensuring a smooth and efficient customer pick-up process.
