Back of House (Storeroom) Department Supervisor We are currently seeking a Full Time Back of House (Storeroom) associate to join our Toys R Us team in PEMBROKE PINES, FL.  This FT position is responsible for maintaining standards in our Back of House, which include running daily reports, overseeing assembly and parts requests and ensuring storeroom cleanliness and organization standards are achieved.  Responsibilities also include: Storing any remaining product from the truck that was not completed during the truck unloading process, operating and teaching the safe operation of the bailer and compactor, inspecting all ladders to ensure they are safe to use, maintaining all safety and loss prevention standards in the storerooms and executing all initiatives per the Company SOPs.  Required Qualifications:* Ability to read the English language * Excellent oral/written communication skills * Excellent analytical skills* Excellent computer skills * Some lifting/climbing required * Detail-oriented* Ability to trouble-shoot problems* Strong Leadership/decision making skills  We desire a strong leadership background and an ability to have FUN in everything you do!  Previous experience in retail is a plus.  We offer a competitive wage and industry leading benefits, which include profit sharing, a company-matched 401(k) savings plan, immediate eligibility for medical and dental, life insurance, and an employee discount.
