Bakery Manager

An established, independent supermarket chain in the upper midwest is seeking a bakery manager for one of their locations. This bakery is primarily a scratch/mix facility with some bake-off product as well. Qualified candidates will have a 5 to 7 year  background of bakery management, preferably from within the supermarket industry, and have the necessary skills needed to fully operate this dept. Duties will include:  ordering of raw product and supplies, vendor negotiating, baking, merchandising, supervision and training of staff, over-all dept. conditions and customer service.
