Beauty & Fragrance Sales Associate

Guerlain Inc. is looking for talented sales people to work in their new Las Vegas Boutique.

 

Responsibilities:Providing full range customer service, including product information, sales and execution of all in-store eventsProviding consultation to customers for selection of cosmetic shades, skin treatments and fragrancesDeveloping strong customer relationships to build repeat sales and brand loyaltyMaintaining client registration program, sustaining customer relationships and generating new business through regular communicationResponding to customer concerns or questions by phone or mail, including researching and preparing reply correspondenceMeeting retail sales plan objectives and tracking productivityMaintaining retail counter area (i.e., clean, well organized and appropriately presented products)Participating in special projects and miscellaneous duties as dictated by the needs of the business

 Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of two years prestige beauty sales experienceAbility to effectively manage customer expectations and build loyal customer relationshipsExcellent organizational skillsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsCRT experience and aptitude in learning how to access computer based inventory and order status detail Knowledge of Microsoft Office for Windows and Excel
