GameStop may be just the place for you!!!We seek a Benefits Coordinator to support the Benefits team with benefit operations and clerical duties, and reports to the Benefits Supervisor. Other responsibilities include:· Administration, data entry, reporting, enrollment, changes and first-level resolution for the health plans, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and voluntary plans· Administration and communication of internal policies (i.e. tuition assistance, bereavement, and jury duty)· EAP administration and CISD scheduling for field management and store associates· Submission of electronic files for benefit vendors and correction of critical error reports. · COBRA administration · PTO reporting, tracking and reporting for mandatory payout states· 401(k) and 1165 PR plan administration, eligibility, processing of loans, reconciliation of deferrals and loans, invoice submission. Qualified candidates will possess the following: · High School Diploma or GED and some college preferred· Knowledge of Cafeteria 125 Laws· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook· Previous experience or a basic understanding of administering group health care plans GameStop offers a comprehensive benefits plan, associate discounts, tuition reimbursement, causal and fun work environment that offers challenging assignments, located near DFW airport.  We are currently accepting resumes for this great opportunity.
