GameStop may be just the place for you!!!We seek a Benefits Supervisor to be responsible for the overall management, financial analysis, and administration of a variety of employee benefit programs, and the supervision of hourly benefits staff and reports to the Director of Benefits. Other responsibilities include:· Maintains data on benefit usage and costs; analyzes and monitors informational and budget data and prepares related reports as requested· Analyze existing benefits programs and develop recommendations for improvements in current benefits programs operations and administration; researches new programs· Supervises and directs the work of support staff on day-to-day or project basis.  Serve as next level decision-maker for hourly benefit staff; write performance reviews and resolve employee relations issues.· Ensure regulatory compliance to all applicable state, federal, and ERISA laws impacting employee benefit plans; reviews enrollment documents, disclosure forms, claims and eligibility, and makes appropriate changes. · Leads and coordinates Open Enrollment for all applicable benefit plans. · Develops or reengineers operating procedures and recommends process improvements for effective processing and controlling of benefit costs. · Supervises process for internal and external 401(k) audits, annual notices, compliance reporting.   Qualified candidates will possess the following: · Minimum of three years experience in employee benefit policies and procedures and supervision of others· Benefits Certification desired· Accurately analyze and interpret financial and technical information, and recognize discrepancies in written/recorded data/information.  Evaluate alternatives and make sound recommendations.  Â· Plan, organize and implement benefit programs· Thorough knowledge of regulations and procedures pertaining to employee benefit plans· Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. · Complex problem solving, critical thinking, and excellent customer service skills.  GameStop offers a comprehensive benefits plan, associate discounts, tuition reimbursement, causal and fun work environment that offers challenging assignments, located near DFW airport.  We are currently accepting resumes for this great opportunity.
