CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE The Voice of T-Mobile! The Customer Service Representatives in our state-of-the-art call centers are the front-line team at T-Mobile and our entire organization is dedicated to their support. Members of this knowledgeable and personable team handle calls from customers nationwide with empathy and precision.   OPPORTUNITY—YOUR CHANCE TO SHINE Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Reps let their interpersonal skills shine as they resolve a variety of customer inquires such as technical and billing questions for T-Mobile customers across the U.S.  In this role you’ll be empowered to solve problems independently and make decisions that you consider to be in the customer’s best interest.  You’ll also be able to keep up to date with our ever-evolving technology and translate this information into terms your customers can understand. The voice of T-Mobile for our customers nationwide, Customer Service Reps demonstrate the blend of professionalism and fun that is the hallmark of the T-Mobile brand.   RESPONSIBILITIES   • Deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty • Provide effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquiries • Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues • Complete ongoing training to stay abreast of product, service and policy changes • Strike a positive and cooperative tone with both customers and coworkers • Demonstrate best judgment in the disbursement of adjustments and credits • Increase the customer experience by providing information on new products, rate plans, and services through up selling opportunities.   QUALIFICATIONS • Six months to one year Customer Service experience • Call center and wireless experience a plus • High School Diploma or GED • Demonstrated competency in Windows • Keyboarding proficiency and use of automated systems • Stellar verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem solving skills • Ability to thrive in a lively working environment and multi-task • The flexibility to work weekends and other varied shifts as assigned  The benefits of teamwork Career growth and personal recognition are an important part of our culture.
