The store Bookkeeper is responsibilities include: Balance cash registers; determine if registers are over or short; complete daily report; count and deposit daily receipts. Complete payroll turnarounds. Perform secretarial duties for the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager such as receiving and dispensing mail, typing, maintaining records and files, and maintaining guideline books. Bookkeeping duties such as verifying A/P listings to receiving logs, tag/log invoices and claims and forward them to the General Offices. Preparing weekly gross profit study survey, and following up on returned checks.
