Brand Marketing Coordinator

Core Roles:

Opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and detail-focused individual to join the brand marketing team supporting Gymboree's retail (Gymboree, Gymboree Outlet, Janie and Jack, Crazy 8) and franchise (Gymboree Play & Music) brands.

Support the brand managers across all the brands in tactical efforts including, but not limited to: managing photo shoot sample ordering; supporting store openings for each brand; coordinating promotions with retail developers; directing external marketing inquiries to appropriate person; assembling weekly competitive review documents; responding to store marketing needs in a timely fashion; updating promotions calendars; assisting in routing standard marketing materials; drafting directional communication. Comfortable in a very fast-paced environment and productive under pressure; Ability to deal with constant change and many project revisions; Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple initiatives at one time; Exceptional attention to detail and strength in follow-through; Committed to meeting deadlines; High ethics and integrity; Excellent communication and collaborative interpersonal skills; High customer service standard.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's or other four-year degree, preferred degree in communications or marketing. Prefer one (1) year experience within a marketing department and/or agency with responsibilities related to the position. Experience working on a retail brand, specialty retail preferred.
