You will be responsible for designing and delivering marketing analysis projects. In this effort, you will work with business executives to determine what problems need to be solved, decide what analysis will provide the solution, interpret the analysis, and formulate recommendations. Critical to your success will be the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with members of the executive team as well as statisticians and programmers.QualificationsSuccessful candidates will have 3+ years business analysis or technical experience with demonstrated ability in the following areas:" Bachelors or Masters degree in business, quantitative discipline (mathematics, statistics), finance, economics or equivalent work experience " Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills" Excellent written and verbal communication skills" Advanced SAS and SQL programming experience, and experience working with large relational databases preferred" Experience with UNIX, IBM mainframe, mainframe DB2 preferred" Experience in direct or retail marketing preferredWhy Lands End?Located just 45 minutes from Madison, WI, we provide a relaxed environment that provides opportunity for growth.
