POSITION PROFILE (Position/Department Responsibilities): Collects & assembles data for reports on the TLE Business to measure performance, identify trends, and drive improvement. Assist with development, monitoring and reviews of strategic plans to ensure Divisional goals & objectives are met. Makes recommendations to define an overall strategy for growing the business and reducing operating costs based on knowledge of organizational strengths & weaknesses, technological advances, external trends, competitors & Industry trends. Reviews business financial performance & metrics, makes recommendations on needed improvements, and works with Operations to implement. Minimum Qualifications: *3 years management experience. *Experience managing multi-units. *Automotive experience. Preferred Qualifications: *TLE Experience. *Compliance responsibility and experience. *Experience with FACT,Retail Link, ISD reports,Excel,Powerpoint,Word,Project, and Document Direct.
