Candidates must thrive in a start-up environment and bring a sense of urgencyto work each day.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Conduct web analysis with a focus on site design enhancements, usability,site structure, behavioral analysis, data mining, customer segmentation,performance management and end-to-end monitoring, and other relevantstatistical analyses to improve the customer experience and improve ROI.
2. Report periodic and ad hoc site performance and user experience relatedissues. Using existing Omniture web analytics platforms and other analyticstools, manage profiles, build dashboards, campaigns, fallout analysis anddynamic path flow reports.
3. Coordinate with various internalbusiness/user groups to determine, analyze and identify process improvements onthe site, new product initiatives, customer behavioral tests such as A/Btesting and multivariate testing.
4. Assist senior management tounderstand the power and managerial value of these analytic tools and providethem with insight about the implications of the data for various businessinitiatives and their contribution to the strategic goals of the organization.
Requirements/Qualifications:
3+ years experience working in ane-commerce environment, with hands-on experience using the Omniture webanalytics suite. Experience with restaurant supplies, hotel supplies and officesupplies a plus.
Must have effectively used OmnitureSiteCatalyst and Discover to analyze, report and provide recommendations on thefollowing areas:

b. Advanced Segmentation
c. Allocation and Participation
d. Excel Integration
e. Search Engine Marketing
f. Email Marketing
g. Ad/Display Marketing
h. Survey Integration
i. Affiliate Marketing
j. Comparison Shopping Engines
k. Paid and Organic Search
Must have integrated reporting with Omniture SearchCenter activity.
Must be capable of leading Omniture Gap Analysis and Implementation effort withOmniture.
Must be capable of performing the following statistical activities:
Descriptive Statistics
Inferential Statistics
Correlation
Regression Analysis
Ability to present data and tailor recommendations to a wide variety ofaudiences.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Operations Research or asimilar field.
