LevTran Enterprises/Downtown Locker Room is searching for a Business Development Manager to identify and develop Co-op advertising plans for vendors that target our core demographic.  You will Identify and develop business relationships with new vendors, conduct in-person sales calls, establish and maintain relationships with key external partners, prepare formal and informal proposals and recommendations,  develop quarterly sales call plan and activities for assigned accounts, develop and execute strategic business development plans, monitor and supply competitive information to the appropriate departments and much more!

 

The best candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years of Sales/Business Development experience and knowledge of retail industry marketing.  Successful candidate musts be able to effectively and professionally communicate with management, staff and customers and demonstrate sound judgment/reasoning skills, must have the ability to develop immediate rapport and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.  Candidates must have strong public speaking, presentation and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently and possess strong decision-making, motivational, workload management, analytical and organizational skills.  Domestic travel by air and car required.
