Business/Financial Analysts

Responsibilities:Support the development of the annual budget Perform financial forecasting Perform monthly variance analysis Produce monthly financial reports Support and produce business intelligence tools and reports GL analysis Ad hoc financial analysis Financial modeling & decision support analysis Financial systems support and analysis Investigate and trouble shoot accounting issues Improve processes by researching and implementing other system tools and methods Maintain and support various accounting system information  Support various teams in the Accounting Department in developing reports and analysisSupport various monthly closing processes

 Prerequisites:Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of financial concepts, especially the retail industry Proactive and creative with the ability to take ownership of various assigned projects Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting combined with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. CPA/MBA is a plus. Advanced Excel skills required
