By the same token, we try very hard to create a rewarding workplace for our employees because people who are valued are better able to value other people.  Where you will be working.You will be working in our company headquarters in El Segundo, CA. What you will do.You will be responsible for range assortment and sourcing, private label development, supplier management and the financial performance of the Health/Beauty buying area within the Non-Food department. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing plans to improve in-store availability of range for customers and achieve sales, profit and margin to defined targets. Who we are looking for.This position requires at least two years of buying or supplier experience, including a track record of delivering innovation and improvement for the end customer and delivering financial targets to the business.
