CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTITIVE NEEDED IMMEDIATE OPENING

We are looking for someone who has a sincere desire to meet the needs of our customers with a positive, helpful attitude, and an excellent ability to project oneself over the telephone. This position will involve interacting with Promotional Product distributors throughout the U.S. via telephone, e-mail and fax.

A successful candidate will have experience with Windows based computing using MS Office applications. He or she will have an ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of our products and production methods. Experience in the promotional products industry working with an ASI distributor or supplier will be a huge plus. Primarily we are looking for someone with a good phone manner and a strong ability to conduct themselves clearly and accurately over the telephone. This candidate must be good with numerous details not letting anything fall through the cracks.



This position will be in a small office environment with a friendly, tight knit group of individuals working together to present our company in a positive manner to our customers. Good hours and a fun environment along with 401 K benefits and bonuses are just some of the reasons that make this an excellent opportunity. 2-3 times a year this candidate may have the opportunity to travel to tradeshows in Las Vegas, Dallas, Chicago or more.

Technical Work
1. Technical Work: The primary role of the CSR is to meet the needs of customers. This position will require the following work
a. Extensive computing
b. Extensive Telephone interaction with customers
c. Interoffice communication with various departments
d. Some face to face interaction with customers
e. Keeping numerous projects organized letting nothing fall through the cracks
f. Accurate entry of numerous details
