CUSTOMER SERVICES COORDINATOR

OUR BUSINESS IS GROWING in the Fairfax area…as CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR you are responsible for all aspects of post delivery customer service, from initial conversation with the customer to following through on all steps to complete customer satisfaction. Applicant must utilize and maintain a good working relationship with customers as well as internal personnel to help expedite requests and resolve service issues.

 

Must have exceptional interpersonal, customer service and telephone skills, be highly organized, possess a strong inclination to be part of a team (including the handling of fluctuating workloads) and possess the ability to multitask and to help others; must be able to work in conjunction with other departments to resolve service issues; must demonstrate strong computer skills with the ability to maneuver and navigate between screens and programs (such as Microsoft Office, e-mail, Internet Explorer and other internal programs); must have excellent written communication skills (clarity and grammar); a good attendance record is required; must demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making abilities and perform additional tasks, as required by the department and/or management; High School diploma required; at least 3 years of experience in furniture/Customer Service field will be considered in lieu of degree.

 

Bachelor or Associates degree preferred, but not required (see above).  



 

SALARY RANGE: 30K-36K depending on experience.
