Call Center Representatives

IKEA Direct currently has openings for both full time and/or bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Call Center Representatives who would love to work in the White Marsh area.

 

Must be available to work Full-time hours and one weekend day shift every weekend.

 

You would provide a positive experience to customers who contact us by phone or alternate channels, through the Contact Center, to strengthen IKEA’s position as the best home furnishing store.

 

We are looking for candidates who have:

¡ Proactive and courteous customer approach.

¡ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

¡ Strong Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

¡ Share IKEA values

¡ Interest in home furnishings.

¡ 1-2 years retail experience and/or 1-2 years Contact Center experience.

¡ Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) a plus!
