Call Center Sr. CSR

FTD.com, the leading brand in the floral industry, has an excellent opportunity for a team-oriented individual to join us as a Senior CSR

 

As a Sr. CSR you will be responsible for assisting managers with daily activities such as team observation, answering questions, and upkeep of the daily team check in list. The Sr. CSR will also fill in on the production floor as needed and act as a liaison between the manager and team. They will be responsible for providing feedback to the manager for coaching and team performance improvement purposes.

 

The perfect candidate for this position must have experience as a Customer Service or Order Entry Representative in a call center environment and be able to multi-task.  Good written, verbal, organization, and negotiation skills are a requirement. Candidates should have computer skills including a strong working knowledge of the internet and Microsoft Office.
