We are currently seeking a professional Call Center Supervisor to join our growing Transportation team. Located in our Corporate Headquarters, this department is a high-volume call center serving Sleepy’s home delivery teams, customers and the sales teams!

 



Responsibilities include:Oversee the daily operation of a high-volume call center. The call center consists of 30+ RepresentativesAct as a liaison with departments such as Inventory, Dispatch, Warehouse Operations and the Sales Team to ensure that customer delivery transactions are seamlessMonitor representative’s phone calls on a daily basisEnsure proper training for all new hiresHandle escalated customer, driver and salesperson calls relating to delivery issuesAssist in creating weekly schedules for the department to ensure adequate phone coverageEnsure timely resolution of customer claims of property damage by independent drivers at time of delivery

**Must be able to work evenings, one weekend shift and some holidays.

Job Requirements:Candidate must have 3+ years experience as a Supervisor within a high- volume call center environmentOperations/Transportation experience a plusMust be proficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelMust be able to work well under pressure, with little supervision and in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to meet deadlines in a timely and efficient mannerCandidate must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
