Central OC - HR Manager, West Coast "Love Retail

This is a unique opportunity to develop this newly created role for national organization. 

 

As a hands-on HR Manager, you will be responsible for:Supporting recruitment, employee relations, training and development for the west coast regionPartnering with regional management and corporate regarding staffing initiatives, performance management, employee development and employee relations issuesEnsuring region is properly staffed and viewed as “Employer of Choice”Identifying training issues and working with corporate on training  plans and programsManaging the annual performance review process and succession planningTraveling to West Coast locations to provide HR support and guidance

 

Requirements:5 to 7 years HR experience preferably in retail or hospitality industryBA/BS degree; Advanced degree a plusPrior experience in regional role in a fast paced environment (prefer international experience)Strength in recruitment, employee relations, training and development
