The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) has responsibility for managing and growing the client relationship on one or more accounts. The individual provides client and project team leadership, develops mid to senior level client relationships and is regarded by the client as a trusted advisor. He or she is responsible for client satisfaction, account revenue growth, contract compliance and aiding in overall client profitability.
Qualifications:
Education:
· A bachelor degree is required.
Experience:
· 3-5 years experience building successful and profitable client relationships.
· Prior experience in data management and reporting

Primary Duties:
· Maintain effective and consistent communication with account key contacts and regional offices to proactively ensure client satisfaction;
Ø Respond to issues/queries within 24 hours;
Ø Develop and execute template communication pieces;
· Ensure redbox and client are in compliance with all contract elements;
· Cultivate a network with peers and colleagues across redbox and be able to mobilize network to meet client needs;
· Manage day-to-day client relationship, ensuring client needs are met and expectations surpassed, owner of day-to-day service quality;
Ø Responsible for the success and satisfaction of the individual client relationships targeting 100% client reference-ability;
Ø Ensure long-term profitability and growth of client relationship; pursue opportunities for deeper collaboration and interaction;
Ø Stay abreast of clients’ business and identify opportunities to expand client relationships;
Ø Anticipate client needs and match redbox product and services to help fulfill those needs;
Ø Build credibility and foster trust with clients;
Ø Provide filtering and escalation for client requests proactively managing the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfaction measures;
Ø Communicate to clients the complete range of redbox services;
· Develop and maintain a proactive relationship and service plan to ensure an exceptional value-added service to clients;
· Serve as the redbox conduit and internal champion for client initiatives;
· Proactively sell and manage customer expectations and communicate project and profit risks to redbox team and client;
· Be a good negotiator who is well prepared and willing to see others' points of view. Know when to compromise to achieve key results;
· Manage and maintain key customer contact/account data utilizing a CRM tool;
· Run reports and distribute as required;
· Understand best practices and solutions across functions;
· Understand marketplace dynamics / key players and have an informed point of view on industry structure, trends, initiatives, and issues;
· Oversee the development of detailed proposals and statements of work with the support of core team members.
