THE ROLE

 

We currently have the position of Client Service Representative open at our Corporate Headquarters in Danbury, CT.

 

The purpose of this role is to provide superior customer service within established company guidelines and procedures.This assists retail stores management and their associates to achieve maximum profitability thru effective communication in solving client issues and problems. Offer Superior Customer Service to Internal & External Customers Scheduling of product and orders Order Management


THE PERSON

Preferred Experience/Skills:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Prior Customer Service experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Strong follow-up skills
• Strong trouble shooting and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
