High-end retail dry cleaning store in Buckhead has an excellent opportunity for an energetic and talented individual. This management position will be responsible for all client services related issues, including managing 8-10 client service representatives, training, scheduling, and handling client complaints. The ideal candidate must be capable of developing and implementing the necessary systems that will allow us to become the most customer focused dry cleaning Company in the industry. Qualified candidates should posses the following:

                             Minimum of 5 years customer service management experience Ability to manage 8-10 hourly employees Proven experience in developing and implementing operating systems Extraordinary communication skills Experience in retail or service industry College degree preferred
