Clinique Counter Education Manager

The Bon Ton Stores, Inc. and Carson Pirie Scott are currently hiring Clinique Counter Education Managers in the Chicago metro market. Prior experience with Clinique Cosmetics is required. This is an exciting new position with Clinique. The responsibilities include:Achieving sales goal by delivering the "Clinique Experience."Executes consultant orientation to new beauty advisors.Conducts point-of sale training modules.QualificationsDemonstrates above average selling and coaching talent.The ability to make sales goals. Prior experience in Clinqiue Cosmetics.The ability and desire to train new consultants on "The Clinique Experience."BenefitsBon Ton Stores, Inc. offers an excellent compensation and benefit package including medical, dental, 401(K), vacation pay and the ability to advance in the company. This position is paid hourly with 3% commission on sales in the department.The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. operates 275 department stores and seven furniture galleries in 23 states in the Northeast, Midwest and upper Great Plains under the Bon-Ton, Bergner's, Boston Store, Carson Pirie Scott, Elder-Beerman, Herberger's and Younkers nameplates and, under the Parisian nameplate, two stores in the Detroit, Michigan area, with construction under way to open a third Parisian store in October 2007 in the Detroit market.
