Teavana is currently seeking an experienced, successful leader with management experience for the position of Co-Managerat  our location in The Shops at Mission Viejo.  There are opportunities in our company to become General Managers, Area Managers, and Regional Managers. Teavana is the leader in an explosive retail trend and was just voted one of the hottest retailers in the US. This is a rare and unique opportunity to join an exciting new concept in the early stages of its growth potential.

Co-Managers are trained to become General Managers within 6-18 months. Candidates are trained to become a General Manager within their current store or at another Teavana location. Prior management experience at a store manager or assistant manager level is preferred. You will be trained to understand and implement all aspects necessary to successfully manage a Teavana store.  When reviewing candidates, we are looking for someone who will be an enthusiastic, sales driven business leader, who can successfully manager their stores and is interersted in advancement with our growing company.

Co-Managers at Teavana are paid a very competitive base rate and participate in a generous, unit performance driven incentive program that has no cap on bonus potential.
