Commercial Collector - A/R

A national retail giant located in Nassau County, Long Island seeks an experienced Commercial Collector to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of commercial collection experience with strong accounts receivable skills. Duties include contacting commercial customers regarding outstanding balances, resolving order, delivery and payment disputes while providing excellent customer service to each customer. She/he must have the ability to handle high volume of detail with speed and accuracy as well as strong record keeping and documentation skills. Will also participate in other projects as assigned. Cash applications experience is desired. Proficiency in MSWord and Excel. Oracle AR helpful. Excellent communication skills are necessary.
