Construction Project Manager - West Coast (Lucky Brand Jeans)

Liz Claiborne Specialty Retail designs and constructs retail stores in (7) formats, Lucky Brand Jeans, Lucky Kid, Juicy Couture, Sigrid Olsen, Liz Claiborne, Kate Spade, and prAna. In 2006, the department constructed over 75 stores. 2007 plan in excess of 100 locations.

The selected candidate will manage the execution of new store and remodel construction projects for all Liz Claiborne retail brands.

- Support the Director of Construction in scheduling, cost estimating/budgeting of new store and remodel projects
- Solicit and evaluate proposals and award contracts from General Contractors, Millworkers and other suppliers
- Review construction lease exhibits
- On site review of quality control and adherence to approved schedule
- Represent the department at turnover of completed projects to the operations department

- 4 year college degree preferred
- 2 to 5 years experience
- Previous experience with another mall based specialty retailer
- Ability to manage multiple projects and formats successfully
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Project
- Travel of up to 40% is required
