Copywriter

The Copywriter is responsible for writing creative marketing collateral, as well as copy and various internal projects with an understanding of customer and brand. Integrates written communications with display and graphic vehicles. Works with outside advertising agency and consultants on projects. Serves as primary liaison between design, merchandising and marketing to develop appropriate communication of project. Controls and traffics production of assigned project from art release to printing, coordinating information and corrections. Proofreads for clarity and consistency of style. Presents creative concepts. Performs special writing projects as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Communications/Marketing or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years fashion or agency copywriting experience.
