Corporate Manager - Retail Loss Prevention

Primary responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of Loss Prevention Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ace Hardware Corporation (visit on the web at www.acelossprevention.com) You will manage a team of loss prevention consultants who are dedicated to providing high quality programs, services and vendor products to our retailers to reduce shrinkage and contribute to their success. This team builds a partnership with the retailers to provide loss prevention services. Other accountabilities include investigations, store training, seminars, trade show preparation and attendance, vendor relationship management, and marketing. Regular travel is required. Full qualified candidates should have Bachelors degree in business administration and / or criminal justice (or related field) or equivalent experience. Three or more years of experience with multi-store retail loss prevention program implementation. Experience in building relationships with internal and external customers. Previous experience in developing and implementing loss prevention strategies, programs and best practices. Strong understanding and appreciate for an entrepreneurial environment. Proven organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time. 80% regular travel is anticipated both domestic and international.
