GameStop may be just the place for you!!!We seek a Credit Card Retrieval Clerk to answer credit card retrievals from all credit card companies in a timely manner and in compliance with credit card contract and company policy. Other responsibilities include:· Obtain the credit card retrievals whether from fax, Internet, or other computer programs.· Pull the requested credit card slips from files, copy slips and prepare for submission.· Scan or fax credit card slips and submit to appropriate agency within 5 working days of receiving requests.· File completed retrieval request in organized file system.· Responsible for obtaining stores credit card slips from storage for audits as requested. Qualified candidates will possess the following: · High School Diploma or GED · Accurate typing and data entry skills· Operate copier and fax machine· Operate a personal computer and use MS Excel/Word/Outlook and required programs.· Adaptable Computer Skills GameStop offers a comprehensive benefits plan, associate discounts, causal and fun work environment that offers challenging assignments, located near the DFW airport.  We are currently accepting resumes for this great opportunity.
