By the same token, we try very hard to create a rewarding workplace for our employees because people who are valued are better able to value other people.      Where you will be working   You will be working in our store located at Alma And Elliott      What you will be doing   You will be the face of your fresh&easy store, and your main job will be to ensure that customers are delighted and keep coming back. You will learn about our products and special offers so you can keep your customers well informed.  You will also present, rotate and date-check food; make sure enough products are on hand; keep aisles clear and the place tidy; and help with the check-out as needed so customers can be on their way quickly.  What's more, because we're always looking for ways to improve our service, you'll be encouraged to make recommendations. When you talk, we will listen.      What we are looking for  Customer Assistant  We're looking for people who can work well in a team and understand that it's important to offer the friendliest shopping experience along with the freshest foods. You will be required to meet physical demands such as standing and walking for extended periods, up to three hours at a time; frequent repetitive movements; frequent lifting up to 25 pounds; occasionally lifting of weights up to 10-70 pounds, sometimes overhead; operating equipment such as baler or two-wheeled hand truck.   What you will be doing  for Kitchen Table I take pride in my kitchen, I keep it clean and tidy, and it's an appealing place to stop by.  I know why each product tastes so good and I share knowledge with my customers and colleagues.  I am foodie and I keep myself informed on new products and trends.  I educate our customers on our products.  I help them find items and suggest fresh and easy products wherever possible.  I enjoy sharing our latest ideas with customers.  Customers can't resist stopping my kitchen table for a chat and snack.      How we reward you   Because our job is to keep our customers coming back again and again, creating a rewarding workplace is very important to us.  Keys to a positive workplace include growth opportunities, flexibility, rewards and treating people with respect.
