Customer Care Representative

Job Purpose:

Resolves customer's concerns by answering questions regarding individual orders either by email or telephone. Defusing a troublesome situation by displaying quality customer service and problem solving skills to all of our of our ecommerce accounts.

Duties:

* Determines source of concern by interviewing user on the telephone or email.

* Teaches user by answering questions; interpreting operating instructions; providing references.

* Determines source of error by reviewing procedures and actions taken by user; instructing user to perform diagnostic procedures.

* Resolves problems by issuing corrective instructions; consulting with coworkers and vendors.

* Improves programs by notifying management of problems; making recommendations.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
