We are expanding our inside sales force! We are currently seeking Customer Retention Agents to join our team!  You will have the opportunity to work in a positive, encouraging, team oriented and professional environment, while earning the income that you truly deserve!  Qualified candidates will be enthusiastic self-starters with telephone sales experience, excellent communication, relationship building skills, strong negotiating skills and experience in customer retention.

 

Individuals will be fielding inbound calls, as well as making outbound calls to existing customers.  Customer Retention Agents will provide merchandise information to customers, evaluate customer needs and assist with the selection process.  You will receive extensive one on one training and ongoing personalized support.

 

Job Requirements: 

·  Qualified candidates will be enthusiastic self-starters with telephone sales or sales experience, excellent communication and negotiating skills.

·  Experience in customer retention is ideal.

**Candidate must be able to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.  Flexible schedules are available!
