Customer Service Associate (DC-3)

We are currently seeking Customer Service Associates for our Distribution Center in Little Rock, AR. This position will provide support to customers regarding product inquiries, direct purchase order inquiries, complaints regarding orders. Will respond to mail that relates to order processing and caliber of service, and assist customers in placing phone orders, as needed.Responsibilities include:Answer questions, either by phone or mail, regarding order status, misshipments, order entry errors, billing errors or refund/exchange statusAssist customers with phone orders by accurately obtaining necessary product, billing and shipping informationWorking under deadline, respond to all incoming correspondence as assignedFill out appropriate paperwork and/or make database entries to ensure follow through on customer inquiriesProcess refunds, exchanges, order cancellations and customer accommodations as necessary to insure customer satisfactionInteract with Shipping, Returns, Order Processing, and other departments as necessary to resolve customer problems and/or answer their questionsProcess catalog requests, changes of address, and other customer account maintenance as necessary to maintain accurate historyMaintain a working knowledge of all available products in order to answer customer inquiries Qualifications:Excellent command of both written and spoken EnglishCourteous, professional, and personable phone mannerExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work well under pressureProfessional manner when dealing with customers, peers, other departments, and senior managementAbility to manage tremendous detail work due to the need for a good audit trailFamiliarity with basic accounting principlesComputer proficiency on MS Excel and WordGood computer keyboard skills — 20 wpm accurate typingFor quick consideration apply here
