Customer Service Coordinator

Effectively perform and supervise all aspects of customer service that relate to customer repairs, servicing orders and any post sale offerings. Support and exemplify company standard of offering excellent service by utilizing consultative selling tools, product knowledge and proactive follow up for building customer relationships. The Customer Service Coordinator will ensure all repair orders are entered, monitored and completed in a timely manner that successfully meets the company's quality standards. Perform and coordinate the polishing, minor repairs and engraving services within the store's customer service area. Apply consultative selling and product knowledge to all customer interactions to develop and build ongoing customer relationships and confidence. Ensuring all customer inquiries are being responded to in an appropriate an timely manner is pertinent in this position. Lead and develop the customer service team with training, updates and strategic initiatives regarding improved customer service. This position also suports store management in training employees on post sale service offerings, service timeframes and assisting with ongoing cross training. Previous experience in jewelry repair, jewelry sales or a related customer service environment is required. Flexibility to work non-traditional work hours that include nights, holidays and weekends is a must. Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook and 3 years of previous work experience is pertinent.
