Customer Service / Greeter

 

Bruce Rossmeyer’s Harley-Davidson of South Florida is seeking Customer Service Greeters to work in our Ft Lauderdale, Pompano and Sunrise Harley-Davidson Dealerships.

 

Responsibilities: Greeters are responsible for greeting customers, welcoming them to our facilities and creating a positive first impression.  The effective Greeter is warm, friendly, pleasant, interested and helpful. The Greeter will direct or guide each customer to the appropriate department or person. The greeter will also record and report the daily door traffic. The Greeter, on occasion, may be called upon to help in other departments; but this is the exception.

 

The qualifications: Must excel in people skills, be empathetic, have a warm and friendly smile, great customer service abilities, an outgoing personality, a lot of energy, a willingness to learn, flexibility and have a proactive approach to serving the customer.  The Greeter is expected to demonstrate appropriate decorum and dress in a manner consistent with our customer demographic. Motorcycle knowledge is a plus.

 

This is a full time position and the hours are 9:30am to 6:00pm Wednesday through Sunday.  The pay starts at $10.00 an hour. We are a drug free workplace and an Equal opportunity employer.
