Customer Service Rep - Peacock Alley Luxury Linens

We are currently seeking a energetic Customer Service Rep to join our company.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MAJOR FUNCTION:


Responsible for handling all customer complaints, requests and over the phone sales.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Provides exceptional customer service via telephone to our clients Research and correct call management errors and place call backs as needed; Enter all work orders and service repairs into computer. Contact customers by telephone to set up appointments for service to be done. Order repair parts from factory vendors. Send confirmations to factories. Send post cards to customers to advise of part orders. Write up receiving reports on all replacement parts. Type end-of-month Open Work Order report. Handle freight claims, notify carrier, order replacements or repair parts, and file necessary claim forms. Complete “post call surveys” daily. Maintain working knowledge of automated systems relative to warehouse, customer service and sales. Meets and supports call center service goals and business objectives by meeting or exceeding monthly performance standards.




CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Some college preferred; Must possess excellent communication skills, including listening and verbal skills. Must be able to handle fast paced phone calls in a professional manner. Must have good organizational and communication skills, and a positive attitude with customers. Computer literacy required with Microsoft Office experience preferred. Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.
