 The Position:

Customer Service Rep

The friendly voice on the phone, the Customer Service representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls.  Trouble shooting customer complaints as to determine the nature of the issue(s).  Duties include, but are not limited to, handling customer issues and working with technicians and manufacturers to resolve, as well as supporting sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction.  Making outbound calls to schedule technician service appointments, staying in contact with the drivers throughout the day, updating the drivers' positions, answering driver questions and updating customers as necessary.  This proactive role will recognize problems early and make sure to keep customers informed of any delays.  There will also be administrative duties assigned.  Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast paced environment.  Ability to develop and create raving fans.  Computer experience with Windows based applications is a must.  Experience in the fitness industry is a definite plus.

 Qualifications:

Should possess above average written and verbal communication skills

Experience in the fitness industry a plus

Computer literacy a must

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and strive relentlessly to reach company goals
