The Customer Service Representative should be a motivated professional with an interest in customer service, sales, and possible experience in collections and consumer lending. The candidate must possess a successful past work history and hold a valid drivers license. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a credit check, driving record check, and criminal check.
Essential Job Functions:Providing excellent customer service and sales skills via telephone, TitleMax stores, and referral programsPrepare required paperwork for loan transactionsEffectively execute telephone and filed collectionsAdministrative responsibilities as needed
Requirements:Customer service and sales experience preferredCollections and rent-to-own experience is a plusSuccessful completion of credit check, driving record check, and criminal background checkReliable vehicle, drivers license, and proof-of-insurance is required
