Receive and resolve inquiries in our fast-paced call and web-based operations center. Maintain a good working knowledge of company products and technologies. Respond to system and application alerts, emails and escalate to technical support as necessary. First level contact in the education and troubleshooting of support issues and general assistance associated with kiosk operation and service. Document and retrieve pertinent information for logging, tracking and further escalation to Technical Support or Team Lead. Complete and log detailed summary of issues. Various other duties as assigned by the Sr. Technical Specialist, Team Lead, Director of Customer Service or COO. Requires: Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, Windows OS, Browsers and to learn other business related applications as needed. Experience in an inbound customer support environment. Ability to communicate accurately and positively by telephone and email to external and internal customers.
