We are searching for a Customer Service Supervisor to complement our team.  We currently have the following opportunity available in our Customer Service department.

 

Customer Service Supervisor (11:30AM-8:30PM shift; open availability needed)

 

This key role will assist in the interviewing, hiring, training and coaching of all customer service associates, monitor and evaluate the staff, and report on call center trends.  The Finish Line call center receives incoming requests from customers via phone, and our associates are required to give excellent service to internal and external customers.  The ideal candidate will possess at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a call center environment.  Candidates with at least an Associates degree and 7+ years of experience are preferred.  Candidates must also have a professional, open, outgoing attitude and possess the ability to work in a team first environment.
