Customer Support Rep

Customer contact center representative needed for G&G Fitness Equipment (www.livefit.com). G&G Fitness, a fast growing fitness equipment retailer and service provider is now looking for candidates to fill positions in our customer care center located in Williamsville, NY. Responsibilities include offering online tech support, logging, dispatching and scheduling service calls and working with our many vendors to facilitate the requisition of parts for our customers. Candidates must be 100% customer focused, eager to learn, have excellent computer and phone skills, and must work well in a high paced environment . Wages start at $10/hr.
