totes»Isotoner is an international marketer of consumer goods and an industry leader in the product areas of umbrellas and rainwear, casual footwear, and cold weather accessories. 

 

We are seeking a full-time product Designer to join the Cold Weather category team.  Accessory products include Men’s/Women’s gloves, hats, scarves and gifts for Department Store, Mass Merchant, and Food & Drug channels (with a focus on men’s product lines).

 

The position is located in our northern Cincinnati corporate office and reports to the Senior Designer.  Responsibilities include the conception, design and execution of viable product lines based on current trends, new technologies, competitive markets and color direction.  The Designer is responsible for communicating clearly and concisely with our overseas offices to expedite the development of new products by resolving design issues, researching the domestic and international markets for color and fashion trends, and selecting suitable materials for accessory designs. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and 3-5 years of related industry design experience.  Excellent oral/written communication skills and a strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.  We are seeking a collaborative team player for this position with experience in Word, Excel, and Photoshop; Illustrator experience is a plus.  Experience with leather products and/or knit development is preferred.  Some travel required.
